Rates and Payment Information
Therapy rates for all ages, children and adult
Basic 50-minute sessions are $85. These are ideal for sessions that address executive function skills, spelling/reading, etc.
Basic 30-minute sessions are $55. These are ideal for sessions that address math facts or articulation therapy.
During the school year, we request that school-age clients commit to attending sessions for a minimum of one semester.
Create your own class and save money! Find one or two same-age peers that your child works well with and that have similar goals. Contact BCG L&L for current group rates.
Evaluation fees are determined separately.
For your convenience, check, Zelle, and major cards are accepted.
Full payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements are made. Credit cards require an additional fee (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
BCG L&L does not accept or file insurance.
You may be able to seek reimbursement for our services directly from your insurance company.
At your request, I can provide you with information frequently requested by insurance companies, including diagnoses codes and treatment notes, when applicable. Some, and perhaps all, of the services provided by BCG Language & Literacy, LLC may not be covered by your medical insurance plan. You are fully responsible for all fees charged by BCG L&L, regardless of what your insurance reimburses you.
