Rates and Payment Information

RATES

Rates vary depending on services provided, but typically range from $45 to $80.  Spelling classes of three students are $45/student/session, with semester long commitments; Spelling classes with two students are $50/student/session, with semester long commitments.  Individual sessions are $80/session (50 minutes), and semester long commitments are encouraged, but not required.

Evaluation fees are determined separately.

PAYMENTS

For your convenience, check, cash, and major cards are accepted.

Full payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements are made. Bank transfers and credit cards require an additional fee (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). 

INSURANCE

I do not currently accept or file insurance. You may seek reimbursement for these services directly from your insurance company.

At your request, I can provide you with information frequently requested by insurance companies, including diagnoses codes and treatment plans, when applicable. Some, and perhaps all, of the services provided by BCG Language & Literacy, LLC may not be covered by your medical insurance plan
